Rental Enquiry
When you make an inquiry on our website, we collect the data that you submit in the form, as listed below: Name, email, telephone number. We collect these information for the sole purpose of communicating with you in relation to your request. We will communicate with you either by email or by telephone.
Reservation
When you make a reservation for one of our bungalows, we require the following information, which we collect and store in order to prepare the necessary paperwork for your rental, as well as to optimally serve your reservation: Name, telephone number, email.
Use and sharing of your information
Kypsalos Bungalows is the one and only receiver of the information that you voluntarily give on this site. We will not sell, rent or share this information to anyone and we will not share your information with any third party outside of our company. Your information may be shared only with the Greek tax authorities, where lease agreements are submitted, in accordance with the Greek law.
Your Rights

Reservation Conditions
A reservation is initially made between the tenant-traveler and Kypsalos Bungalows representing the property owner for a specific property-bungalow. The tenant may be informed about these terms and conditions by visiting our website anytime, before, during or after completing his reservation.
- Deposit for you reservation
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost outlined in the rental offer sent to you via e-mail must be paid in a bank account within 5 days from the request in order to secure the rental of your bungalow. No obligation from the property owner will exist until we have received this amount in full.
- Payment of the Balance
The payment of the balance will be paid upon arrival.
- Cancellation by you
- The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation.
- If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- Cancellation or alterations by us
Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the bungalow you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar bungalow. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund in full the amount paid to us for the property, but we will not be liable for any other cancellation charges for travel arrangements for you.
- Minimum letting period
01/05 - 10/07: At least 2 nights
11/07 - 31/08: At least 4 nights
01/09 - 30/09: At least 2 nights
- Arrival and Departure time
Check-in time is after 15:00. Check-out time is until 11:00. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while traveling, you should contact us at the earliest. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs unless confirmed by us well in advance.
- Use of the property
The tenant will use the property as a personal residence for him and his family and friends, who cannot exceed the number of the pre-agreed persons, including himself at all times. The tenant shall inform the landlord well in advance for the arrival of extra guests and no later than 3 days prior to their arrival. Any additional night is being charged with 40€ per adult and 20€ per child under 16 years old. There is no extra charge for infants under 3 years old.
The complex for security reasons, locks the entrance from 01:00 - 08:00. In case the tenant wishes to leave or enter different times than those mentioned, he / she has to call the contact numbers.
- Behavior & Damages to the property
By making a reservation with us you become also responsible for the correct and decent behavior of your party. You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or members of your party may cause to the property or its contents. You are required to report any damages to landlord personnel and to bear the cost of repair or replacement. Should you or any member of your party behave with no respect towards the property, its contents, the personnel/associates or the other tenants, the property owner or key-holder has the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately, with 100% penalty of the holiday rental costs paid to them.
- Specifically
The tenant is obliged to make good use of the property, to maintain the property clean and decent, to show a good behavior towards the landlord and other tenants and to inform the landlord about any dangers or damages of the property on time. The tenant shall not remove objects and house equipment and use them in an inappropriate way which can cause them damage or impairment of any kind. Any time the tenant makes use of the common amenities or equipment, he shall return them in their original condition, so that others may use them after him.
- Guest injury disclaimer
The landlord can’t be held responsible for any accident or injuries occurred to all guests during their stay at the property under any circumstances. The tenant is solely responsible to insure himself, his family, travel companions and their belongings adequately.
- Entertaining at the property
Entertainment parties and functions involving a larger amount of invitees exceeding the maximum number of guests outlined are strictly prohibited unless fully approved by the landlord in advance.
- Quiet hours
The quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
- Children policy
Children are generally accepted in our property.
- Pets policy
No pets are allowed, neither in the exterior area nor inside the bungalow.
- Smoking
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited in all our bungalows.
